About Hoffer's
Our Story
Located in a historic building originally built in1908, Hoffer's Cigar Bar was first opened by Phil Hoffman on the site's centennial in 2008 before entering a brief (nearly) five-year hiatus in 2020.
Under new ownership, we quietly reopened our doors on Valentine's Day 2025.
Nestled in the heart of the village, Hoffer's offers a welcoming ambiance, wide selection of beer, wine, & cigars, AND upcoming community events in the works.
We envision a public house as a space meant, not to forgo the thoughts and emotions of everyday life, but rather meet them openly with respect. A testament to the importance of community, camaraderie, & curiosity, we aim to provide not just a bar but a haven for intellectual exploration; an inclusive community hub where diversity and creativity flourish.
